You may have noticed that emails relating to your library account look a little different lately. No reason to fret though, this slight change in format won’t impact your library experience.
However, we did want to make you aware of one change for those of you who generally reply directly to that notice.
The library notice email we send is now from
This means we will not receive your email if you click the reply button to that library notice. Instead, we have a few easy alternative options.
If you want to email us directly, you can do so by clicking the link at the bottom of the library notice or email us at
If you receive a pre-overdue or overdue notice, you can renew your books using one of the following methods:
Click the blue “Renew” button at the bottom of the notice
- This will take you to the library webpage where you can log in to your library account using your library card number
- From here, click “My Account” in the top right of the screen
- Click “Checkouts”
Select the books you’d like to renew using the check boxes and then click the blue “Renew” button
Download the library app on your phone and renew your books from there
- You can download the app using this link or drop into the library and we’ll help you set it up
- Log into your library account using your library card number
- Select the “My Account” option
- Select “Loans”
- Select the books you would like to renew and press the green “Renew” button
