Our libraries will be official places that people can go for assistance to complete their census. All libraries will have a dedicated computer in a private space for anyone needing to complete the Census.  Our staff are on-hand to support people logging in and getting started, or requesting paper forms / re-sending access codes, but will refer any further need for help to the 0800 CENSUS number.

If you need more support answers the questions on the census forms you can go to the Citizens Advice Bureaus (CAB) in Matamata and Te Aroha.
